How it is arranged
Departments, and who can reach them
Work in SayHex is grouped by department, so a team's work lives where that team is rather than in one pool everybody shares. Finance does not have to scroll past marketing to find its own, and a person joining a team arrives where the work already is.
Who can use what is set by the organisation. That is the part most of this kind of software leaves to itself, and it is the part a business asks about first: not what the model can do, but who in the building is allowed to ask it.
Everything is reached from a web portal, so there is nothing for a person to install and nothing for anyone to keep up to date on a laptop that has walked out of the office.
